You agree that each time that you submit images to MaizeInk.com you are the copyright owner, and you authorize Maize Ink to perform the activities requested. You agree to defend and indemnify MaizeInk.com from all expenses and liability arising from MaizeInk.com performing the requested activities at your request, regardless of legal theory, including violation of statue, MaizeInk.com negligence, your breach of this agreement or otherwise.
